At Jobsider.in, we strive to provide a transparent and efficient service for candidates, employers, and affiliate partners. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations are applicable.

1. Refund Policy
1.1 For Employers (Job Posting Fees)
- No Refunds for Job Postings: Once a job posting is live, the ₹99 payment is non-refundable.
- If a job posting is removed due to a policy violation, no refund will be provided.
- In case of a duplicate payment, employers can request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
1.2 For Candidates (Job Applications & Services)
- Jobsider.in does not charge candidates for job applications.
- If Jobsider introduces premium candidate services (resume writing, featured profile, etc.), refunds will be considered only if the service was not delivered as promised.
1.3 For Referral & Affiliate Partners
- Referral commissions are paid only after the referred candidate successfully joins a job and completes the guarantee period.
- If a referred candidate does not join or leaves before the guarantee period, no commission is payable, and no refunds apply.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 For Employers (Job Postings & Subscriptions)
- Employers may cancel their job posting before it goes live, and a full refund will be provided.
- Once a job posting is approved and published, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
- If an employer violates platform policies, Jobsider.in reserves the right to remove the job post without a refund.
2.2 For Candidates
- Candidates can delete their profile at any time from their dashboard.
- If a candidate has purchased a premium service, they may request cancellation before the service is delivered.
2.3 For Affiliate Partners
- Affiliates may cancel their participation in the referral program at any time.
- Pending referral payouts will be processed based on successful hires before cancellation.
3. Processing of Refunds
- Refund requests must be sent to support@jobsider.in within the specified timeframe.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Jobsider.in is not responsible for delays caused by banking/payment gateway issues.
4. Changes to This Policy
Jobsider.in reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
